What is a Milestone-Based Delivery Model?

A milestone is a clearly defined phase in your service journey—marking the successful completion of a key task or deliverable. We divide your project into manageable stages, each with a deliverable, review, and feedback mechanism, ensuring you’re always in control.

Each service category comes with pre-defined stages tailored to the specific project. Here’s a quick look at how our milestone structure functions:

Payment Linked to Progress

We follow a stage-wise payment system, meaning:

  • You pay only when a milestone is delivered.

  • Each payment triggers the start of the next milestone.

  • No hidden charges—ever.

This approach keeps things transparent and fair for everyone involved.

Milestone Approvals & Revisions

  • You’ll get 2 rounds of revisions per milestone.

  • Each milestone must be approved before the next phase begins.

  • Feedback must be shared within 5 working days of delivery.

  • Delayed feedback = auto-approval, to keep your timeline moving.

Timelines & Delivery

  • Each milestone has a dedicated timeline.

  • Delays from your side (inputs, feedback, etc.) will affect the schedule.

  • We inform you in advance of any internal delays, along with revised dates.

Dedicated Support

Your journey will be guided by a Dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) who will:

  • Share progress updates

  • Coordinate timelines

  • Serve as your point of contact for everything

Regular communication happens via email, WhatsApp, or client portal—your choice.

Final Delivery & Closure

Once all milestones are completed:

  • You receive a Service Completion Report.

  • All final deliverables are handed over in your preferred format.

  • The project is officially marked as “Closed” with full documentation.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a disagreement on any milestone:

  • A structured review mechanism is followed.

  • Our senior project managers step in for resolution.

  • We aim for 100% client satisfaction—always.
